Your Reactor One will probably not be charged when you receive it. This is because of a known bug that we are working on where the battery drains while it's turned off. Just make sure to plug it in before pairing with the app!
1. Download the Mobile App
2. Connect your Module
- Make sure your module is charged
- Turn it on by pressing the button
- Follow the steps in the app to connect it
3. Mount the Reactor One
The device may be mounted in any orientation, but keep in mind that the data collected will reflect your mounting position and orientation. We recommend mounting the device with the Reactor Logo “pointing” downrange like an arrow.
Troubleshooting
If your Fusion Module stops responding or connecting, hold down the button for 10 seconds to perform a reboot. If this does not help, please contact us.
